Restoration projects are based on the quality of the reference image provided. Final results may vary depending on image clarity and damage.
Glow Arts is not responsible for delays caused due to poor quality input images or delayed client responses.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices mentioned are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
Prices may vary based on customization, size, framing, or material selection.
Payment can be made via UPI, online banking, or approved payment gateways. Full payment must be received before dispatch or installation.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Artwork delivery is available across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during purchase.
Glow Arts is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen logistics issues.
For fragile or large pieces (e.g., murals or framed paintings), specialized delivery or in-person handover may be arranged.
7. Returns and Refunds
As most artworks are custom-made or made-to-order, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during transit or incorrect.
In case of damage or discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days
8. Cancellations
Custom orders and commissions cannot be canceled once confirmed.
For ready-made artwork, cancellation is possible only if the order has not been shipped. Contact us as early as possible for such requests.
9. User Conduct
Users must not upload or submit any harmful, abusive, or misleading content through our contact or inquiry forms.
Glow Arts reserves the right to restrict or block access to the website if any misuse is detected.
