Payment can be made via UPI, online banking, or approved payment gateways. Full payment must be received before dispatch or installation.
Artwork delivery is available across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during purchase.
Glow Arts is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen logistics issues.
For fragile or large pieces (e.g., murals or framed paintings), specialized delivery or in-person handover may be arranged.
As most artworks are custom-made or made-to-order, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during transit or incorrect.
In case of damage or discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days
Custom orders and commissions cannot be canceled once confirmed.
For ready-made artwork, cancellation is possible only if the order has not been shipped. Contact us as early as possible for such requests.
