What this website collects

  • No accounts and no website forms that store data. The enquiry form on our contact page doesn't send anything to us directly. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this website.
  • Server logs. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web host, Google records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

Services from other companies

Some parts of the site load from other companies, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Maps, for the map on our pages.
  • Google Fonts, for the typefaces.
  • WhatsApp, when you choose to message us.
  • Instagram and Google, if you follow links to our profiles or reviews.

When you order artwork

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or in person, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, the photos you send, delivery address and details about the artwork. We use this only to discuss, make and deliver your order and to contact you about it.

We don't sell your information. We share it only where needed to complete your order, for example with a courier for delivery.

We only show a customer's artwork or photos publicly, such as in our gallery or on social media, with that customer's permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your photos and order details only until your order is delivered.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason such as tax records. Contact us using the details below.
